About me

Hello, I am Gašper Muhvič, a 18 year old CS student, who likes programming and sports.

Since childhood I was interested in computers and in 8th grade I was already attending Python courses, tought at my primary school.

Skills and Education

I am in 4th grade of the computer technician programme at Vegova Ljubljana and I'm planning to continue my education at Facutly of Computer Science and Information Science.

I really like programming and so far I have worked with:

C++
PHP
Web languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
SQL
Embedded systems (Arduino)

I also recreationally use Arch Linux and I have lots of fun with writing small Bash scripts.

Vojna Kraljestev: Real-time online multiplayer game written in C++

For my finals project I have written a 2D real-time online tower defence game, inspired by Kingdom Rush, but upgraded it to allow 1v1 games with players online.

I used SDL_Net library to send UDP packets between server and client, which I both coded. Server also logs all games in MySQL database and displays it on a webpage with PHP and JavaScript

Purple chat: Real-time websocket chatroom app with Node.js server

Me and my friend Martin Oprin have written a chat application running on a Node.js Express server that allows real-time messaging.

Features: different chat rooms, unique usernames, color and font settings and message deletion.

I have improved the website of family owned campsite called, but it's not deployed yet.

I has some interactivity and preloaders, everything is hand coded in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
